Never thought Anushka Sharma would make it to an article for her wardrobe. Since the time she has entered the industry, I have seen Anushka wearing very basic and casual clothes off-screen. Even for her film promotions, this talented actress prefers keeping it simple and not strikingly different to get the attention of the fashion bloggers.
But, a quick glance through her appearances for Phillauri promotions and you will change this opinion just like I did. Anushka has been flaunting some really cool designs and outfits. From Indian, to western to fusion wear to experimental- Anushka is not only carrying these looks like a diva but also giving us major #StyleGoals.
While I loved almost all of her outfits, a few of them are extremely flattering and how. The white Indo-western number by House Of Kotwara is a perfect blend of sensuality and Indian-ess. A small black bindi in contrast enhances this beautiful outfit.
Another simple yet incredible outfit was the white shirt-dress by Love Birds designs which Anushka paired with strappy brown Jimmy Choo heels.
How about this super cool separate by Masaba? Anushka is trying colours, textures, prints – just everything to stand out in each of her appearance. Kudos to her stylist Allia Al Rufai for spinning her style 360 degrees.
And now coming to Deepika Padukone- well, she has faced a bit of backlash for her past few appearances. And now we see a slight variation in Dippy’s style. Of late, I have been noticing that she is sporting a lot of baggy and loose clothing.
Check her out in this super XL size black sweat shirt which she paired with a sheer black skirt. She completed the look with white sneakers and a white Chanel tote.

A few days back, she donned this extremely over sized white blouse by Chloe. She teamed it up with deep blue skinny fit jeans.
Coming to her usual self, Deepika draped this beautiful saree by Sabyasachi for an event in Delhi. She looks gorgeous, isn’t it? I loved her hair-do and high neck baby pink net blouse. Pay special attention to her ethnic choker set, which lifts her look to a great extent.
Lastly, Deepika donned the uber cool chic look for another event. She wore a text tee screaming REVOLUTION by Dior and paired it with a black sheer ruffled skirt. Deepika added a bit of bling to her look with gold and leopard print Dior pumps.
The entire look seemed a bit off to me with the T-shirt and skirt combo but I guess that was Deepika’s thought behind it.
